S. Department of Labor (DOL) to take decisive action against felon Deutsche Bank by denying any further exemptions that permit the bank to maintain its status as a qualified professional asset manager (QPAM) of ERISA funds. Preventing Deutsche Bank from managing billions of dollars of Americans' retirement funds will force this felon to truly clean up its act and stop operating like a criminal enterprise. Such action by the DOL will also serve as a strong deterrent to stop other financial institutions from committing the kinds of large-scale fraud and violations of the law that have become part of a decades long culture in Deutsche Bank. I have to ask how many other exemptions have been granted to Deutsche Bank or its subsidiaries including Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas (Bankers Trust Company) and Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown (BT Alex. Brown) since 1999? Please provide me with a copy of the Federal Register which would show the individual exemptions that were granted. Providing exemptions to Deutsche Bank instead of harsh penalties are not a deterrent to this serial lawbreaker. It is only by enforcing strong sanctions against Deutsche Bank that will lead to meaningful change in how the bank operates and thus protect consumers and millions of retirees from being victimized by the kind of criminal activities described in the website, StopEstateFraud(dot)org. PLease let me know what the U. S. Department of Labor plans to do to assure Americans that their government, through the mandate given the DOL, is protecting its citizenry from being defrauded by foreign financial goliath Deutsche Bank.
